The rear garden has a plethora of plants and at the end of it is a gate which leads to a bridge. Once walked across, it leads out to fields which can be used by the New Coast Cottage residents. Magical isnt a word letting agents use regularly and I have never used it before to describe the feel for a house but this particular one ticked all the boxes.
