Annual pitch fees are charged pro rata depending on the date of purchase. Orchard Court & The Grove (Premium Pitches) - £3980. Rest of the Park £3348. Rates and Water charges £480.00. Insurance for full 2015 season: £300 for 12ft and £231 for 10ft. (New for Old Policy with £1500 contents cover). Alternative insurance is acceptable with proof of policy. This park is open to owners from 1st March to 3rd January. Site fees are billed in November for the following year. (Available to be paid in 10 monthly installments - interest free). Gas and electric are metered (billed twice early).
SUB-HIRE SCHEME
