From the Crediton/Morchard Road/Winkleigh/Torrington road, the B3220 which joins the A3124 at Winkleigh, follow the signs to Coldridge, off the B3220 between Winkleigh and Morchard Road. Continue to the centre of the village and take the right hand turning past a terrace of stone cottages, then take the fork off to the left across the front of a terrace of thatched cottages. 2 Sunnyside is the middle cottage.
From the A377 Exeter/Crediton/Barnstaple main road continue to Eggesford. Turn off, crossing the level crossing and signed Wembworthy and Winkleigh, but proceed straight up the hill to the war memorial at Eggesford Four Ways. Bear left and continue for about a mile and a half, to the farm. Turn right at the farm, signed Coldridge and continue for about a mile and a half, passing the former Thorn Construction and proceed into the village. When entering the village, take the first turning right and 2 Sunnyside is the second cottage on the right hand side.
