There is nothing between us and the sea apart from a few people walking their dogs on the common and it is just a stroll to the Royal Porthcawl Golf Club which is among the best and most picturesque of Links Championships Golf Courses in the UK. Three spacious bedrooms and a most attractive reception area including the kitchen with modern built in appliances and the french doors leading onto the balcony with what I would consider to be the best view in Porthcawl.
