My daughter lived in this property with friends when she first moved to Brighton and was extremely happy here as the room sizes are large, perfect for shares. The second toilet also proved to be invaluable for them and the dining room has even been used as a fourth bedroom in the past. Since she moved out the property has proved to be popular with tenants and up until recently there was a family here.
If I was keeping hold of the property I probably would have updated the kitchen but it’s perfectly functional and something for the next buyer to get their teeth into as everything else has been regularly maintained and is in good condition.
