As a first property this has been a fantastic place to live, I really like the fact that the flat is set back from the road, so it's really peaceful and quiet. Since we have been here we have re-styled the kitchen and generally freshened the whole flat up. Having the extra bedroom has been useful for when friends and family come to stay, and because the open plan lounge/diner area is so large, it handles birthday celebrations and family gatherings extremely well. In the sunnier weather the doors leading out onto the garden at the rear provide our own little piece of space, whether its for a barbecue or for some fresh air, this has been a real bonus for a flat.
