During your tenancy:

• Additional clauses mid-term fee: £60.00. Payable by the person requesting the change
• Change of occupants mid-term fee: £340.00
ending your tenancy:
• End of Tenancy Fee: The cost of the end of tenancy/inventory fee depends on the size of the property (£150.00 - £250.00).
• Interest on any unpaid or late rent at 4% above the base rate of Lloyds Bank.
