| Location | Town Quay is a riverside development built in 2001 situated in the centre of Wadebridge along the banks of the River Camel. Wadebridge is a popular market town which offers an excellent combination of shops, amenities, schools and sporting facilities. | Directions | From Truro, travel north on the A39 towards Newquay for 7 miles. Then turn onto the A30 towards Bodmin for 6 miles. Turn off onto the A39 at Indian Queens and travel for 12 miles. Turn left onto West Hill and then turn left onto Goldsworthy Way. At the roundabout take the third exit onto Eddystone Road, and turn left onto Commissioners Road. Harbour Road is found on the right with Town Quay on the left.
