Having lived here for over sixteen years I have found this to be a lovely quiet street whilst being close to many local amenities. I find it easy to pop into Loughton, South Woodford, Chigwell or even Stratford for a spot of shopping. It' s easy to walk to the station and London has a huge variety of attractions for everyone.
Since I have been here I have kept the property in good order, maintaining and re-decorating throughout the years. I have replaced the windows which keep it cosy and warm in the colder months and the garden is a lovely place to sit when its warmer. I have already bought my new home so I am able to offer this chain free.
