The location of this house is good for getting out and about, with road links close by, yet far enough away to keep the area as peaceful as can be. Supermarkets and local shops are within a short drive or walk away, which makes it very convenient for the essentials. Shoreham is a great place to visit for an evening out and the local schools are well thought of.
The garden is sunny and fairly easily maintained so I have been able to enjoy it without worrying about too much weeding! The patio area is lovely to step out onto from the dining area after dinner on warmer evenings. But on those dreary days the fireplace in the lounge/diner makes it very cosy to gather round with friends and family.
