We have enjoyed living here over the last thirteen years and have made many improvements. Although the property had already been extended we have had flat roofs replaced, replaced the windows and fitted the kitchen and bathroom. We installed a back door in the lounge to have access straight into the garden and we have also replaced the fencing as well as installing a summer house and a shed. We enjoy walking and within a few minutes we can be across into open countryside at Ranscombe Park Reserve and walk all the way to Cobham where there are some excellent country pubs. Access onto the motorway can be had within just a few minutes by car and the train station from Strood can get you into London within 35 minutes.
