Having moved here from Coldwaltham nearly twenty years ago, it was a big decision recently to move out and to let new owners take over this wonderful home.
We've always loved the location, with a footpath just around the corner onto the Wildbrooks and the glorious South Downs beyond which has been great for walks.
The neighbours are lovely and being on a corner plot, the gardens are bigger than you would think. though still not huge and certainly very manageable.
With a south-facing aspect, the rear garden is a lovely place to relax in any time of the year with family and friends.
