Working in Tadworth, we needed to be local but didn't want to feel overcrowded. Lower Kingswood, and this road in particular, offered so much of the country feel but we are still close to everything we need.

It's so peaceful here that you could easily forget how close you are to Banstead, Reigate and Epsom. The local schools are all well-regarded and there is a real sense of community in the area.

If we were to stay, we would have extended to the side and rear and we are sure that the new owners will find a way to make this house their home.
