What the Owner says:
We had been looking for a cottage which had history in Elham for some time and when this one came up we knew it was for us the minute we stepped inside.
Despite the work it needed at the time we knew that with a lot of designing and redecorating it could be beautiful.
The large kitchen has given us some wonderful parties and the rear garden is a sun trap. We will be sad to see it go but hope whoever buys will be as happy as us here.
