I had looked at a number of houses in a similar price range, but this house had three bedrooms and with three children it was ideal.
I know a number of people who have the other design of house where the kitchen is at the front and I was always keen to find a house with this design which has the dining area as part of the kitchen. For family living it has been ideal.
Since moving in I have re-fitted the bathroom, installed a new boiler (2014) and have redecorated in almost every room as well as changing the carpet in the lounge.
I'll miss the position within the close as it's very secluded here. It's great for the school run too, which can be done in minutes on foot.
