Property description

Tucked away in a hugely sought after part of town this fantastic home is absolutely perfect for families due to the proximity to schools including the ever popular St Paul's! Coming to the market for the first time in over 40 years, this home offers everything you could need. Park the car with ease and head inside where the lounge is a good size, giving you plenty of room for relaxing in. There is also plenty of room for a table and chairs making it great for entertaining too. If you would prefer, you can head out into the conservatory and enjoy a spot of dinner looking out at the garden or simply just use this space for some quiet time with a good book and a cuppa. Any chef will relish the size of the kitchen as there is plenty of room to get the cookery books out, and if you want an open plan layout you can open the doors from here and catch up with your guests as you cook! When you find yourself with a houseful you needn't worry as there are three brilliant bedrooms upstairs so room for everyone accommodating a growing family with ease too.

In the warmer months, al-fresco dining is definitely on the cards in the good size garden, which offers plenty of room for setting up the table and chairs as well as the barbecue. There is also ample room for some sunbathing and "growing you own!" Even the shed has power which is great for anyone that likes to tinker. The large open space of the Nower is just at the end of the road and is perfect for dog walking or if you just fancy getting a breath of fresh air in the countryside.

What the Owner says:

I have lived here for over 44 years and I guess that in itself says it all! It's a lovely area and is incredibly convenient for town. As you can imagine, over the years a lot has been done to this house from redecorating every room to replacing the windows and boiler. I also added the conservatory. I had the chance many years ago to buy extra garden which I did and whilst it was a stretch back then - when I look at my garden now, I am so glad that I did as it gives me much more space to enjoy. My family are all based around Horsham so that is where I am off to but needless to say I have had some fantastic years here, many happy memories and have made some wonderful friendships.
