I moved here four years ago as I fell in love with the location. It's so convenient for everything with the town and stations on the doorstep. It also offers some lovely views and I loved the fact that in no time I could be off enjoying walks over Ranmore or exploring Boxhill. The house needed so much doing to it back then and I have literally transformed it over the years with virtually everything having been done. I've had a new boiler and heating system, have redecorated from top to bottom, had new carpets and flooring, had a new kitchen installed and had the fascias and guttering replaced. I also had the roof replaced and had most of the wiring changed. Anyone looking for a workshop will really appreciate the garage as it has power and plenty of storage.
