This is a really nice place to live. The house is a good size and the location is really peaceful and, at the same time, still convenient for amenities. South Darenth is a lovely village located between Dartford and Eynsford. Farningham Road railway station is only a short walk away from the house and from there you can commute into London Victoria in approximately 40 minutes. It is easy to access the M20/M25 and the A2/M2. There is a handy Co-Op store on the development itself and the village has a nice selection of country pubs and places to get out and enjoy the surrounding countryside.

The house itself really appealed to us because it is one of only a handful of freehold houses found on this particular development. It is also nice because it feels very spacious.
