When we first saw the house, we were really impressed by the amount of space it offered, especially with the family area at the back. It certainly offered everything we needed for our family and we have recently done a lot to improve it further.

Our children certainly make the most of the available space and it's great to be able to relax in the lounge knowing that they are playing happily in the next room. During the summer, they can wander in and out of the garden in complete safety which is very reassuring.

Having our own garage nearby is a real bonus and one that is not often available in similarly priced houses.
