When we first bought this property it was in need of a complete over haul. We saw so much potential with it.
We have increased the living space by converting the loft and putting in a dorma window but the biggest improvement has to be the addition of the dining and living space to the rear. The layout is great, being situated straight off of the kitchen. We spend a lot of our time out here. It also doubles up as a great space if we have people to stay, as they have access to their own shower room.
We run a business from home so had to have the home office put in. It is great to have a separate space away from the house. The other bonus is the two off road parking spaces and being so close to good schools and the A3M.
