This home has been in the family for forty years and I cannot express enough how great a location this is. As a child exploring all the leafy and green local area's, meeting friends for bike rides or playing, there was always something to do to keep us occupied. The garden provided more than enough space for the children to run and play whilst the adults entertained or kept their fingers green. I know many people in the road have extended into the loft and at the rear, and even converted the garage and I am sure that this could be done with this property (subject going through the necessary channels). We are able to offer this property chain free and hope the new owners have many enjoyable times as we have had here.
