I moved here about 26 years ago and before that lived just around the corner, so I knew the area well and I have been very happy here.

Being at the bottom of the Close means it's always quiet and both the area and the house has a lovely feel to it. I often sit in the back garden and enjoy a drink in the evening, it's peaceful and private and if I light the chimney I can stay out there for ages.

The house is a good size and has everything for a family but it's just me now so I no longer need all the rooms and space.
