When we were looking to buy this house, we immediately loved the amount of living space that it had as we often have family descend on us and we wanted the room to be able to entertain.
We converted the garage into a garden room and we use this room a lot. It also means that there is now plenty of light that floods into the kitchen/diner area.
We have completely redecorated within the last 2 years, have had a new boiler installed and we have also put in a new kitchen.
The neighbours here are lovely and it is ever so peaceful. We are only moving now to be nearer to our young grandchildren.
