Property description
Meadow Farm must surely be quite unique - offering not just a beautiful home set in a stunning location, it also offers a complete lifestyle.
\"My parents bought Meadow Farm in 1983,\" says Vicky \"they absolutely loved the countryside and what it gave them. The land has a license for tents during the summer months and this gave an income. Bob and I moved into Meadow Farm 8 years ago and decided that the cottage was in need of some restoration and renovation and in the end we decided to rebuild the house itself. The house was enlarged and we also built upwards and we managed to retain three of the original walls and incorporate them into the new design. The house was completed 4 years ago and really does offer the best of both worlds - a home built to modern standards and specifications, built in an area of outstanding natural beauty! Everything one could wish from country living and yet it is a mere 10 minute walk into Tenby.\"
Tenby itself offers all the amenities and facilities that one would expect. Georgian town houses of pastel-ice cream shades line the harbour and overlook wide sandy beaches and coves.
\"There is a wonderful pace of life here,\" adds Bob \"it's gentle and relaxed and there is a sense of freedom and peace that is so very special. There are incredible coastal pathways to walk along and the coastline is quite spectacular.\"
\"Meadow Farm also comprises 4 stables, tack room and a small paddock with its own water supply,\" adds Vicky \"I just know I am going to miss the horses and being able to stable them on my own land has been so very convenient - but then I know we shall miss everything this house, the land and the surrounding countryside has given us. No matter what the season or the weather it always looks so very beautiful - changing skies, beautiful red sunsets, bracing walks along the beach or just sitting quietly in the garden with your own thoughts - living here has been very special indeed!\"
Meadow Farm is located in the most popular area in one of the most popular towns in West Wales. It offers enormous flexibility, as it can continue to be run as a successful caravan and camping park business, be a fantastic equestrian property, or is perfect as a family home. Or even better, it can be all three. Set in rural location with 15 acres of land, (and further land rented), this property has enormous potential, while being right on the doorstep of Tenby and all the facilities it offers as a major tourist destination. Meadow farm has been run as a successful family business for more than 25 years. The house has been extensively modernised and is now a comfortable three bedroom family home.
