I was living in a four bedroom detached house in Blakes Farm Road and needed to find something smaller but with three children, I still needed a certain amount of space.

I had already seen this house a while before I purchased it but it was too much money considering the amount of work it needed. I really liked it though and it was constantly on my mind as I could see how it could work for my family. So I eventually decided to stretch my budget and purchased it.
