To the side are the staircase and a computer area situated in the hub of the home. This has full width windows to two sides which give a wonderful garden outlook and flood the house with light and sunshine. It also has a tiled floor, double french doors leading outside and a plastered ceiling which keeps it warmer when needed and cooler in summer.

*
There\‘s a downstairs w/c/ cloakroom and off the kitchen is a utility room with the oil fired boiler, 15 units affording excellent storage, belfast sink, plumbing for washing machine and dryer and a door to the outside verandah.
