Property description
Wake up, pull back the curtains and enjoy the views across to Saltdean Park and then prepare to walk the dogs across the very same fields as the morning mist settles. Sounds idyllic? Well that's the watchword here! A semi-rural village location within easy reach of so many amenities - it's a great combination.
Also being close to the village of Rottingdean gives you scenic walks to the church, local shops and music at the local pub all within a minute's walk from each other.
For those of you wanting to go further afield, Brighton City Centre is only a short drive away and the seafront could not be closer, unless you are a boat. It is nicely shielded from the worst of the coast when needed, which gives you comfort watching the storms whipping up the sea without worrying about your washing line!
The lovely Saltdean Primary School is within walking distance so reduces the mayhem with the school run – a must for any growing family. If you are thinking more about secondary schools then you have lots to choose from with a bus service that runs to Brighton very frequently.
The outlook of this family home couldn't be better looking out to the sea and soon to be refurbished Lido which will offer a lovely setting once finished. Also Saltdean is a great place for dog walkers who enjoy an easy walk to the beach or the Downs which are in abundance.

This house has been great with the family and has been changed around so many times to suit our family needs, It really is so versatile. The dual aspect is something that originally attracted our family to the property & the Lido.
The garden has been made into a terrace as maintaining grass was low on our family's priority list however it could easily be reinstated and the detached garage is a real bonus with off road parking meaning you never have to worry about finding a space.
We wish we could hold on to it however this is not practical so it is time to say goodbye and hand over the keys to the new owners, it was one of the original houses of Saltdean and we have some lovely memories which we cherish.
