From Callington proceed towards Gunnislake/Tavistock on the A390 road for approximately 2.5 miles turning off right just before St. Ann’s Chapel signposted to ‘The Donkey Park, Cotehele and Metherell’. Proceed down to the crossroads and continue straight over towards Norris Green taking the first right turn and then right again signposted ‘Metherell’. Proceed for approximately 2/3 of a mile and turn left just before the ‘Cross House Inn’. Carry on this road for approximately 1/2 a mile and then the property will be found on the right hand side being the last property in the village.
