Internally, the bungalow which is beautifully presented throughout comprises three bedrooms (one currently being used as a dining room), a 15ft lounge, 14ft kitchen, bathroom and a gloriously sunny 22ft sun lounge. Outside there is a driveway for several vehicles, a garage with power and lighting and front and rear gardens. The rear garden in particular is a lovely, private place to enjoy the sunshine in. A wonderful bungalow in an enviable location. 

OWNERS COMMENTS We shall miss the glorious sunsets and the ever changing skyline which paints a pretty picture from the bay window in the lounge almost as much as we will miss the quiet cul de sac and spacious bungalow. We have absolutely loved living here for the last ten years. It is a peaceful place to live, amongst brilliant neighbours who have become good friends since moving here. It is also a convenient place to live, everything we need for daily life is close by in Cowes town centre. We were impressed by how sunny and spacious the bungalow was upon our first visit, and we have kept the property fresh, modern and uptogether. We hope the new owners enjoy living here as much as we have.
