The added bonus is that the garden is big enough to enjoy and catching the sunshine, it has room to play a ball game, have friends around to cook a barbecue or even to lay out and relax, but it's not so big that we spend lots of time tending to it.

We have really enjoyed living here but now it is time for the next chapter in our lives.
