As for location, it is ideally positioned for the sought after schools in the area. There is a convenience store within walking distance and as for Emsworth town centre, and its vast range of quirky shops, it is less than a mile away.

When we were looking to buy in Emsworth, we wanted detached and not with a postage stamp size garden.

The property was quite striking when we first spotted it and curiosity drove us across the threshold. Needless to say, we ended up buying it.

My mother has now moved elsewhere and I am looking to move further down the south coast.

I know someone will do something special with this, unfortunately, as much as I have wanted to, work has restricted my efforts.
