We found this house by chance and had not set out to find a new build home! When we came around the corner in to the cul-de-sac we were struck by the position next to the pond and also how attractive the front looked. The garden was larger than other houses we had viewed that day and we had to have the house.
Since moving in we have decorated, but as the house was brand new we have not needed to do anything else.
We'll miss the peace and tranquillity of living here. The cul-de-sac only has four houses and we feel tucked away.
The local school is a stone's throw away and the town and station can be walked to with ease too.
