Owner's Comments
We moved to Canford Heath from Wimborne when we were expecting our daughter. The location, initially, was not our first choice; however, 32 years later, it was our best choice!Our house is a Georgian style, 3-bedroomed detached and has adapted to our needs over the years, and it is when you look back you see how ideal the location is for a family. The Neighbourhood Centre, with its range of shops including a supermarket, chemist, hairdresser, dentist and newsagents, are all just a five minute walk away. The local schools, the Senior of which is highly recommended, are just ten minutes walk away. We have a leisure complex, with restaurants, bars and cinemas, a short car journey (or walk!) away and an extremely frequent and regular bus service. We also have the beautiful heathland on our doorstep; great for dog walking! Not to mention the lovely neighbours both sides, who have become firm friends.We have tried to keep the house maintained to a high standard, with our garden particularly being our pride and joy.However, with our daughter about to embark on her own property journey, and ourselves reaching our more 'mature' years, it is now time to consider the next stage of our lives, in a smaller, easier to manage property and so we are reluctantly looking to move on.
