Property description
Simply stunning! This executive home located in the popular village of Cliffe will certainly blow your socks off. The first thing you will notice is it is a detached property that directly backs onto Cliffe Pools, an area of outstanding natural beauty. It was built in the last ten years, sits on the corner of a cul-de-sac and has its own unique appearance to set it apart from other properties. The Cliffe Pools nature reserve offers a spectacular landscape of open water and big skies. The reserve is one of the most important places for wildlife in the UK with a number of nature trails, access to the saline pools, wildlife and the River Thames which runs alongside. Ideal for the growing family there is plenty of space to ensure that no-one steps on each others toes.
Step into the spacious hallway, a great space to make a feature of and achieve that wow factor. Why not sit and watch your favourite television programme in the lounge? A room that is flooded with natural light. There is also a useful study with a double height vaulted ceiling, a flexible space that can be adapted to suit your family needs - maybe a fourth bedroom?, an office? or a space for the children? Modern day demands are all met here. An en-suite shower room to the main bedroom and a downstairs cloakroom along with the family bathroom. The views to the rear are a joy to behold from the upper bedrooms. Every time you gaze out across the marshes you will be captivated by the breathtaking views. It just never gets old.
What the Owner says:
We looked at potential building plots where we could build a unique property, with a high specification finish in a beautiful location. The open fields to the rear were a huge draw and we felt we could utilise the Cliffe location to add to the charm of the property.
We love the modern kitchen with its integrated appliances, solid butchers block worktop and travertine tiling. There are double doors that open out onto the garden which is a great space to enjoy a coffee in the morning. The added advantage of a utility room also means we can keep our home clean and tidy. We were happy with the finish and space that was on offer and we hope the next owner will love this home as much as we have.
