What attracted us most to this house was the area, we love the community feel there is and the neighbours are all so friendly.

We've added to the house since we've been here and enjoy spending time in the conservatory looking out onto the back garden which is lovely and sunny in the summer and not overlooked either.

We are now looking to downsize but stay local as we love Broadstairs!
