This house has been in our family since it was built and we have enjoyed many happy occasions here. The house is larger than many similar houses in the cul-de-sac as it was built with an extension to the back providing a separate dining room and larger kitchen.

What's been so great about this house is it's proximity to so many great local schools both in Broadstairs and Ramsgate, as well as having the beach at Dumpton Gap close by, and King George VI park a short walk away.
