I could not ask for a better location, being in the heart of Broadstairs means that everything is on my doorstep within walking distance. At the top of the High Street is the train station with it's fast links to London; which is perfect for people who want to commute or come down to Broadstairs to stay for the weekend.
Since I have been here I have had everything done including a new kitchen, double shower put in the shower room, recarpeted & redecorated, most of the windows have been replaced and there is a new roof over the sun lounge. The only reason I am moving is to stay local & downsize.
