We spent many happy years in this home and although it may be hard to imagine, we completely refurbished it from top to bottom when we purchased it in 1986!

Our teenager loved having the upstairs loft room as it is so spacious and out of the way and we collectively loved the area having previously lived on Rugby Road for 17 years.

Having already vacated the property I would love to find a buyer who can move quickly and restore the property to its former glory!
