Property description

If owning a home that has lots of character, history and uniqueness is important to you then cast your eyes over this fabulous home that forms part of the old school house at Brenzett. Step inside and you will be greeted by a spacious and airy environment that is much bigger than it would first appear from the outside. The ornate windows, beautiful fireplace and wood floors add to the feel of this charming home that dates from when the school was originally built back in the 1890's and you can easily imagine children sitting at their desks studying away as you sit by the log burner watching the dancing flames. Yet amongst all these features you get all the modern benefits including the master bedroom's en-suite and a conservatory in which you can relax and enjoy the sun.

Location wise, it's perfect for commuting as the A2070 will take you up to Ashford where you can join the M20 or jump on the fast train to be in London in around 37 minutes. For those every day essentials there is a shop at the filling station on the corner. In nearby New Romney there is a wide range of shops, schools and amenities including a Sainsburys store. The beautiful town of Rye with it's curiosity shops is only 20 minutes away or perhaps visit the beach at Littlestone for some fresh air.

There's lots more we could tell you about this fascinating home but the best thing would be to come and see it with your own eyes.

What the Owner says:

We have lived at this property since it was converted in 2003. It's unique appearance speaks for itself, and is the reason we fell in love with the property 13 years ago.
In addition to this we found the property to be ideally located for commuting to London, something which we indeed did ourselves until a few years ago.
We regularly make use of the countryside and nearby seaside for walks. All of these factors have made this a great place to live.
We have recently spent a lot of time and money on the building to help bring it back to its former glory.
Relocating to another area is now a necessity for our family, but we know whoever is next to occupy this property will not be disappointed."
