What the Owner says:
We were looking for a property which was in a quiet location and yet close to a bus route, shop/post office and village pub. When we saw this brand new one around fourteen years ago we knew it was the one. We fell in love with the view and after looking at a few places, nowhere had such an impressive outlook. We really enjoy the sunny aspect the property has and love to sit in the lounge/diner admiring the sunsets in the evening which are just beautiful. Since living here we have converted the loft which comes in really handy, especially for when visitors and the grandchildren come to stay. With a gate out onto the old railway line linking Wroxall to Shanklin, you can literally walk from your garden straight into the countryside.
