We have lived in this great part of Woodingdean for several years now and think the location is fantastic.

The shops are all within walking distance and the bus service is great when we need to pop into town. We love being so close to the downs and really feel like we’re in the countryside sometimes.

We shall be really sad to leave the property, but feel the time is right for us to take the next step onto a new home.

We know we are leaving the new owners a wonderful home that they will create many happy memories in.
