This property has been both my home and an investment property for me, so I know it will appeal to a wide range of buyers. When I first saw the views from the top garden, I knew it was the one for me. The roof top balcony above the garage is the perfect place for a summer get together and I hold fond memories of sitting out watching the last of the summer sun setting over the horizon. The home has proven big enough for everyone who has lived here as the accommodation is quite spacious, but I know that any new buyers will probably want to carry out some modernisation to improve it even further.
