When we bought this home, we loved the size but ultimately we were bowled over by the living space with its stunning views.
We get to see so much wildlife from the lounge and balcony and it is such a peaceful spot here. The garden was a real pull for us as we are keen gardeners. We have spent a lot of time and money landscaping the garden, so that we have several areas to sit out in and enjoy.
The cellar room has been a workshop before now and, given its size, it has a lot more potential if anyone wanted to convert it to additional accommodation. We love our home and will really miss the view. We are only moving as we are wanting to downsize.
