The bungalow has been in the family for just over 45 years and we as a family have all had some great times here. Our parents always looked after the property and maintained it very well over the years, updating and replacing things as and when it was required.
We all loved living here as it’s so close to town, yet far enough away to be quiet. The garden is flooded with sun all day, the large patio doors that lead into the rear garden let so much light in and it’s great when it’s hot to leave them wide open to let in plenty of fresh air.
It really has been a wonderful home and we are very sad that after all these years it has to go, but we hope whoever comes here next thoroughly enjoys the property just as we did as a family for many years.
