Kingswood is a lovely place to live and with such a strong community and great neighbours looking out for one another it is the perfect place to downsize or for a family.
One thing that was a real attraction was the garden, as it is so private and also easy to maintain. Parking was at the top of the list of priorities and as there is not only a driveway but a garage this was ideal at the time and provided ample space for visitors.
With three decent bedrooms there was never a fight for space and having the open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen was perfect when the family came over and is a great space for socialising.
