Property description
A lot has been said about the importance of location when considering a new home and this property certainly has lots to offer in that respect.
Enjoying the peace and quiet of this semi-rural location with its many fields and woodland walks, you would be forgiven for forgetting that you are so close to so many useful amenities.
The M25 is just a short distance away so commuting to work will be no problem. Nor will the trips to Gatwick or Heathrow airports for those all-important holidays.
The local superstore provides a quick and easy weekly shop while Reigate and Banstead towns are both close by offering a range of boutiques, restaurants and coffee shops.
Outside, the rear garden offers plenty of space to indulge your green fingers or let the kids play while you cook up a storm on the barbecue and relax on the patio.
The extended downstairs provides a wealth of light and space, making entertaining a breeze and the utility area means that the kitchen can always be kept clean and free of laundry.
There is no need to argue over the bathroom as there is a shower room on both floors, adding another level of choice to the living arrangements.
All in all, this home provides complete flexibility and would suit a wide variety of families and situations so viewing is highly recommended.
What the Owner says:
It was the surroundings which first attracted us to this property and the size of the garden, parking spaces, garage and amenities made us certain that we had made the right decision.
During our time here, our circumstances have changed a few times which lead us to convert the upstairs. Although we built it to give us a fantastic master bedroom, it was deliberately designed so that the internal walls could be moved to offer two equal size rooms.
We have thoroughly enjoyed our time here both as a family and as a couple but now that our situation has changed again, we feel it is time to move on and we wish the new owners all the happiness which we have enjoyed.
