I brought this bungalow from new 10 years ago with my wife who had mobility issues at the time and it was perfect, as it had been designed for wheelchair access.
The position is perfect as it is so quiet and the patio that I have put in allows me to sit in the sun and read the paper or just relax.
Since buying it, I have added the two side windows to the living room so it is really light and bright now and I have designed and planted the garden from scratch and decorated throughout, so I think it is ideal for anyone who doesn’t want too much upkeep or maintenance.
I hope that the next owners enjoy it as much as we have and I know the neighbours will give a warm welcome.
