When I moved here, I loved the location as it is very convenient for town. The secluded back garden was very manageable.

I have done a lot of work to the property and made it my own, I added the conservatory and it is a great size to perfectly fit my large family sized dining table, however for the next owner it is nice for them to have the extra space.

I have lived here since 2008 and I am now moving out of Chichester, but I hope the new owner loves it as much as I have.
