As your grandchildren get really excited about coming to stay by the seaside the other bedrooms are double sized so they will be able to stay over for a few days and spend more time on one of our sandy beaches. With its own seating area you never need to fall out over what to watch on the TV again (although you may be tempted to open up the doors and catch up on some reading in the garden).

We were really pleased that this bungalow was available when we were looking for somewhere to retire to. We are in a great location and can reach both Westgate and Birchington easily.
The garden won us over when we first came to have a look as it had a lovely old fashioned “Cottage” planting style which we have added to over the years we have been here. The sitting area in the master bedroom has been a god send as a large part of the family have returned to stay with us on a semi permanent basis, thus allowing us all some privacy when wanted.
