Nine years ago we bought our bungalow specifically to be nearer family. It was exactly where we needed it to be, in the centre and close to most amenities.
To be hones it was a bit of a mess when we bought it and we have made a number of improvements including replacing some of the windows and doors, fitting a new boiler, replacing the kitchen and en-suite, creating the utility room and generally redecorating.
Now that our family have moved on we would like to move again to be a little nearer to them once more and therefore a little sadly we have decided to sell.
